Hunt Release Forms
Like all hunts, Shakerag Hounds requires all members and guests to sign a release before riding or participating in Shakerag hunts and related activities such as Hunter Trials, the Hunter Pace and Poker Ride. Please download and complete the release form below, and bring them to the meet. Releases can also be completed and mailed to the club secretary. Note that you can fill in the required information on your computer prior to printing out the form. New releases must be signed each hunt season and additional releases may be required at special events.
